Joe was great, and the new desserts were delicious! We had the deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich and the butterscotch mousse and they were both incredible. The PB&J was the table favorite.
We liked the place for dinner. Our server was slow and didn’t check up on us much, but she may have been busy. We waited for our meal for 45 minutes. So very disappointed on this. A waiter did tell us a new chef and kitchen crew, hence the late delivery of food Meal would have been better hot from the grill, instead of heat lamps. We would try it again.
This is a great smaller dive with amazing food. Every once in a while there aren’t enough servers, but overall I’ve never been upset about the food and drink.
This is a nice place to grab a drink. The food menu looked pretty tasty, but we were all too full to order food. Everyone around us seemed happy with their food. The bar here is pretty large. When you first walk in, it looks like a decent sized L-shaped bar, but it also has a mirror image L-shaped bar in the adjacent room to the right. The bars have a few dozen taps that includes at least one cider. The beer selection was pretty decent, and they carry a good mix of local and national beers on tap. If you like IPAs, Pliny The Elder is a must try. It’s not available where I live, so the fact that I can order it here is amazing to me. It’s one of the most revered IPAs in the craft beer industry, so give it a try if you haven’t had it. The service was good, and they had the World Series on a few TVs as well as some oddball college games on a Friday night. The bar was fairly crowded, while several tables were still available around 7pm. The clientele mostly seemed like local regulars that the bartenders knew. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will definitely stop by again when we’re in town.
Legendary local sports bar. Good specials. Happy hour from 2-6. Great service and food and lots of screens with every game you need.
Great place for a meal, appetizers, happy or game watch. Creative menu that is very tasty. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices on tap and a decent cocktail menu as well. Ample parking except during busy times and some weekends or playoff games.
The service was fantastic! The chef carried out our food himself! He asked us if we needed anything else before we dug in to our delicious meals and was so kind and approachable you’d think he was a top tier camarero! And It’s no wonder he shows face because this food is truly something to be proud of! Our server was knowledgeable about all the beer options, and let me tell you they have a great selection! The GM touched our table with utmost professionalism and I noticed she checks on every table which is customer service at its finest! The bar staff was quick and clean and when we were told about the delicious house made desserts we couldn’t say no!
This is a good to place whenever I am in town. Good food and a cozy atmosphere to watch sports or just enjoy the food. Its one place I stop into at least once on every trip out to Denver.
